Safety is a top priority for any business reliant on vehicles. Our rigorous safety inspections ensure that your fleet meets all legal and operational standards. We conduct thorough checks on brakes, tyres, lights, fluid levels, suspension, and key mechanical components to detect and address any issues before they become a concern.
Regular safety inspections not only ensure compliance but also boost driver confidence and overall fleet reliability. Our expert technicians perform detailed assessments, providing recommendations and reports to help you maintain a safe and efficient fleet.
Safety Inspection - Minibuses
Following a change in legislation the Traffic Commissioner has stated that all "Passenger carrying vehicles" (i.e. minibuses) must have a brake performance test carries out each inspection. If this is not completed with the inspection then the inspection is no londer valid. We therefore include this with every minibus Safety Inspection.
Intervals
Under a Section 19 permit the DVSA recommends that safety inspections are carried out at least every 10 weeks. If a vehicle is 12 years or older or covers high mileage, inspections should be carried out every 6 weeks.
Our team can schedule those for you for 12 months and send you a reminder in advance so that you are not reliant on anyone remembering to book them.
